    • Use the coupon code KICKFREETOGETHER at the booking checkout to receive your first session free.

    • A single session is $50, or book a full term (10-12 weeks) and enjoy the discounted rate of $40 per session

    • Invoices are issued on the 30th of every month and must be paid by the due date listed.

    • NDIS participants may be able to claim sessions through Core Supports, depending on individual plan eligibility.

  • Yes — sessions may be claimed under Core Supports, provided this aligns with the participant’s NDIS plan and eligibility. Commonly used line items include:

    • 04_102_0136_6_1 – Group Activities – Standard – Weekday Daytime

    • 04_104_0125_6_1 – Access Community, Social and Recreational Activities – Standard – Weekday Daytime

  • If your child needs space or a break, we will support them by adjusting the activity or giving them the option to sit down and take a rest. Support workers or parents can help settle participants before rejoining. We will report this to the parent post-session to ensure we work together to support the participant going forward.

In the event of a behavioural escalation, our Head Support would oversee the situation to ensure the participant and the group are safe, and contact the participant’s relevant contact for a review or pick up. We will always try to ensure that the session can continue to run during behavioural situations.

  • All of our sessions are completely non-contact and focus on skills, teamwork and fun.

  • Our support workers/coaches are first-aid trained and will respond immediately. Parents will be contacted straight away, and incident reports are completed.

  • Yes! Support workers are welcome and encouraged to attend if this helps your child participate. We require that their details be provided through the booking process to ensure safety and compliance. If the child's support worker has changed, please email play@kicktogether.org and provide updated details (WWC) 24 hours prior to the session.

  • Parents and guardians do not need to be present during sessions, as KickTogether coaches provide full supervision and support. However, you are welcome to stay and watch if your child feels more comfortable having you nearby, or if they require additional support.
