Meet the Brothers

Meet the brothers behind KickTogether — Ben and Dan Schauder. As passionate coaches and dedicated support workers, they created KickTogether with one vision: no one should have to chase their goals alone. At KickTogether, we achieve them together!

  • An NDIS-certified support worker and psychology graduate, Dan has supported a wide range of individuals of all ages, genders, backgrounds, disabilities and neurodiversity needs. With a passion for sport, music, gaming and psychology, Dan hopes to use his support work experience to empower and support neurodivergent kids. Dan is always ready with a laugh and a smile.

  • Ben Schauder brings almost 10 years of experience in the community sports sector, who believes that when you learn sport, you learn life. From playing and umpiring to coaching and managing a community football club, Ben strives for active role modelling on and off the field. Building on experience as a support worker, Ben is a post-graduate qualified sports manager, level 2 certified AFL coach and NDIS certified support worker.

The KickTogether Difference

At KickTogether, we believe every child deserves to play, learn and thrive through sport. Founded by brothers Ben and Dan, our programs are specially designed for neurodiverse kids. With small group sizes, tailored coaching and a strong focus on fun, we create an inclusive space where every player can achieve their goals, both on and off the field.
